María Delgado is a Nicaraguan multimedia artist. Her favorite medium is collage (both digital and analog), which allows her to cut and manipulate works that playfully reimagine elements of punk, love, outer-space, and the occasional vintage centerfold. Her styles and tones are dreamy and psychedelic, pushing the viewer to look at “ordinary” imagery through an intoxicating new lens. Not one to be stuck in the studio, Delgado travels avidly with her collection of old 35mm cameras, allowing her to continually bring her own memories into her world of beautifully curated chaos.
